Inventory Planning Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

Schedules, reports, and analyzes inventory at relevant production locations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads and promotes healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy.
• Analyzes mill, off-line, and slitter production data and creates reports using Systems, Applications, and Programs in Data Processing (SAP).
• Creates and maintains production orders for mill, re-cut, and slitter.
• Develops production instructions for mill, off-line, and slitter production.
• Creates, schedules, and maintains transactions for outsourced material.
• Provides month-end summary production report and analysis
• Assists in yearly physical inventory of raw material and finished goods.
• Identifies slow-moving and obsolete stock and works for disposition.
• Performs other duties as they might be assigned.
• Regular and predictable, full-time, on-site attendance during scheduled hours.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Some related work experience

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• Working Knowledge of SAP
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
