JOB SUMMARY

Administers time and attendance system to ensure correct data, timely. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads and promotes healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy.
• Oversees production entry into time and attendance system to ensure accurate calculations of pay, including incentive plans.
• Reviews timecards for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinates with supervisors/managers for approvals to exceptions daily, maintaining an audit trail of changes and approvals.
• Issues employee ID badges to new employees as they are onboarded.
• Assists with employee set-ups on the time clocks.
• Maintains a professional, confidential, and secure relationship in communications.
• Prepares and distributes reports.
• Assists with system upgrades and new site launches.
• Performs other duties as they might be assigned.
• Regular and predictable, full-time, on-site attendance during scheduled hours.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 3 year experience in payroll/timekeeping, including some experience in ADP Workforce Now, eTime and Kronos

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• Strong knowledge of payroll transactions
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders and resolve payroll-related issues
• Ability to maintain professional, confidential, and secure relationships in communications
