JOB SUMMARY

Creates and customizes solutions within the Dynamics 365 F&O platform, ensuring alignment with financial and operational objectives. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, execute system integrations, support data migrations, and troubleshoot issues, while focusing on performance optimization and scalability through expertise in X++ and Azure DevOps.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Acts as an subject matter expert for financial and operations processes and enhance system performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develops and customizes applications and modules within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications with assistance from business analysts.
  • Performs system integrations and data migrations, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues, providing timely support to users.
  • Optimizes and supports existing customizations for performance and scalability.
  • Leads and promotes healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy.
  • Performs other duties as they might be assigned.
  • Regular, full-time attendance during scheduled hours. This role can be hybrid or remote, depending on the candidate.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• • Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering
  • 5 year experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations development

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• • Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations development
  • Working knowledge of X++, custom X++ Services and related technologies
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and agile development methodologies
  • Solid understanding of business events and prior experience with performance turning scenarios
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create Data Entities
  • Semi-local to Killeen, TX, Chandler, AZ or willingness to travel to cities where our offices are located as needed basis.
