Job Summary:

Wheatland Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries, is seeking a Pricing Analyst for our facility located in Wheatland, PA.  Reporting to the Inside Sales Supervisor, the Pricing Analyst will be the primary caretaker of customer pricing in SAP and will provide analytical support to the sales team as needed.  

Responsibilities:

• Review costing and quoting for the standard pipe and sprinkler product lines to ensure Company expectations are met regarding P&L

• Communicate with the outside sales team to ensure proper pricing is in place for all customers
• Develop and maintain customer specific and regional pricing schedules
• Implement price changes in a dynamic environment
• Administrative requests including reports and projects and processing of purchase requisitions and miscellaneous sponsorships
• Provide customer reports and status of their current business
• Enter reject, bi-product and scrap orders
• Maintain billing and process invoices daily, review weekly reports and work with the finance team for fiscal month end closings and rebates
• Conduct weekly internal auditing to ensure the sales team is compliant with order processing
• All other duties as assigned
• Process monthly, quarterly, and yearly rebates
• Work with accounts receivable team to investigate deductions

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary degree required, with studies in business, accounting, or finance preferred
• 5+ years of customer service/sales experience
• Familiarity with Business ERP System(s) or pricing software is preferred (i.e. SAP & Vistex)
• Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and customers
• Strong motivational and leadership skills
• Detailed orientated and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office is required with above average proficiency in Excel
• Excellent mathematical aptitude
• Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role
• Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy
