JOB SUMMARY:

The Inventory Replenishment Analyst supports the implementation, and execution of Electrical and Pipe Division Automated Inventory Management (AIM) Programs. The AIM Inventory Replenishment Analyst will work directly with Customers, Sales Representatives, and Information Technology (IT) support teams to create a differentiated value proposition for customers.  This position will be responsible for providing sales the support necessary to grow the AIM program.  The AIM Inventory Replenishment Analyst acts as the expert regarding AIM and identifies opportunities to differentiate service that aligns to the Business Unit Strategy.  This role collaborates with the sales team to identify opportunities and works with sales to onboard new customers to the AIM program.   This Position will also be responsible for coordinating on-boarding, testing and validation of new EDI/AIM programs.   

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Proactively manage forecast changes, make recommendations for changes, identify root cause for variances, and identifies solutions. 
• Monitoring for potential issues like stockouts, slow-moving items, surplus inventory and taking corrective actions.  
• Facilitate changes requested by business or customer to ensure integrity of AIM program  
• Oversees daily AIM processes, leads internal training, and drives phases of AIM.  
• Establish and document routine processes to review and highlight the health of a AIM program 
• Performs replenishment functions utilizing customer inventory data. 
• Establishes and executes AIM performance reporting. 
• Establish routine reporting to provide to the customer/sales on the overall performance of the AIM program. 
• Manage all data aspects of AIM that drive the planning process 
• Act as primary liaison between business and IT or issues related to AIM program 
• Collaborates with the Sales and Sales Inside team to ensure service for AIM products are understood and prioritized accordingly within each customer’s order book  
• Leads and promotes healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy. 
• Performs other duties as they might be assigned.  
• Regular and predictable, full-time, on-site attendance during scheduled hours. 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE 

• Bachelor's degree 
• Some experience in Supply Chain Management 

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES 

• Knowledge of Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) 
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs 
• Strong customer service skills 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

The compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $95,000.
