Compensation:   

• Starting pay range $19.50 up to $21.00 per hour

• Monthly Attendance Bonus - $1 per hour worked
• Weekly Production Bonus - Variable - recent payouts have been $4 per hour worked, paid weekly

Job Description: 

Our subsidiary Atlas Tube located in North Kansas City, MO has a full-time Hydo Operator position available.  

Position requires operation of Hydrotester. Tasks are performed in compliance with safety policies and safe work practices and procedures within OSHA safety guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operates hydrotest machinery.
• Inputs grooving dimensions for quality assurance manager. Maintains routine records of production.
• Oversees set‐up and operations of robots.
• Assists "hydro team members" with grooving process as needed.
• Communicates with shippers regarding material needed on entry end and table emptied into inventory on exit end.
• Preventative maintenance to be performed as necessary.
• Maintains a clean work area at all times.
• Submits detailed and accurate work orders for any equipment issues as they occur which cannot be addressed

by operator or other team members.

• Must have successfully completed OJT & JSA training.
• Ability to cross‐train others for the position and be cross‐trained elsewhere as needed.
• Complies with policies and OSHA guidelines affecting machine operations, such as; but not limited to: Lock Out ~ Tag Out.
• Attends all scheduled company & safety meetings.
• Follows and enforces company safety policies and safe work practices at all times.
• Demonstrates teamwork and cooperation with other employees and supervisors.

Physical & Work Requirements:

• Personal Protective Equipment required in all positions. Use of other hand tools and equipment may also

be required.

• Occasional overtime.
• Warehouse environment, uncontrolled climate year-round.
• Dusty and noisy work environment within OSHA guidelines.
• Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.
