This position is responsible for assisting with customer needs effectively and efficiently by providing complete customer service from the point of inquiry through shipment and invoicing.  The position will build relationships in an effort to get the first call and last look--establishing a position as front-line customer advocate. The position will manage their desk independently and will be expected to be an expert for their own assigned customers. This position will be located at the Church Street Facility and report to the Customer Service Manager.   Responsibilities: - Responds to emails and telephone calls from customers and commercial outside representation in a professional and timely manner - Provides full and accurate information to customers to help them submit inquiries, purchase orders, requests for order status or documentation - Enters data for quotes and sales orders in Axis platform. Accurately provides pricing on both via all sources as determined by Managers - Utilizes SAP for sales order acknowledgements, invoices, and customer related details; uses BI Analysis for reporting purposes - May work with OEM and Service Center Customers who submit orders via EDI or require forecasts and orders be accessed via the customer’s online portal - Monitors and updates order backlog weekly. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Health and Safety, this person is an assertive, decisive action-taker who provides leadership and support to construction sites in the area of Occupational Health and Safety.  The Construction Site Safety Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and direction of the contruction site Occupational Health and Safety Programs and will continually strive to support the company’s goals to provide a safe and healthy workplace to all of its teammates.   RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide leadership and coaching related to all safety and health matters to construction site management teams with emphasis placed on front line supervision - Assertively manage post-incident matters including incident investigations, post incident action items, Worker’s Compensation claims and Early and Safe Return to Work initiatives. - Conduct various types of periodic inspections and audits of various construction sites and specific positions in order to identify unsafe hazards and/or conditions - Make recommendations and facilitate the implementation of effective measures in accordance with the hierarchy of safeguarding controls and Z Modular’s standards to eliminate or significantly reduce hazards to an acceptable level - Facilitate and attend monthly Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings, providing guidance and expertise on safety and health matters. Land Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying, structuring, negotiating and executing real estate transactions with a wide range of property owners and third parties for the development of high density/mixed use projects in the Texas/AZ markets. The role requires real estate transaction and development experience with a focus on local entitlement process. This position requires up to 30% travel and will mainly focus on the Ontario markets. Responsibilities: - Identify, conduct outreach and establish relationships with list of targeted landowners to secure viable land for project sites and easements - Negotiate favorable business terms for a wide variety of transaction documentation including letters of intent, purchase options and essential/workforce housing projects with the local government. - Work with financial consultants on market feasibility and finance options for the project - Perform high level analysis and review of title, zoning, floodplain, easements, permitting fees, entitlement process and other site-specific considerations. Reporting to the Director of Logistics and Scheduling. This position will support all four Z-Modular facilities creating and maintaining the master production plan, while connecting to the field service schedules to identify risks. The suitable candidate will be responsible for suppling weekly and monthly reports on production vs plan, risk analysis achieving customer requirements, and forecasted finished goods inventory.   RESPONSIBILITIES: - Create a 0–24-month Master Production Plan for online and offline production. Utilize production capacity, taking into consideration the historical run rates, equipment maintenance, and process improvement implementation - Analyze and identify risks associated with the options built into the Master Production Plan, including manufacturing and raw materials lead-times - Collaborate with plant schedulers and other departments to execute accurate Production Plan and Schedules on a weekly and monthly basis - Perform supply & demand analysis each quarter, highlighting areas of concern for the next 3-12 months - Maintain finished goods inventory targets, based on site/customer requirements, and manage production to achieve targeted inventory levels - Monitor actual output versus the Master Production Plan - Identify gaps and drive solutions on production performance relative to the requested production schedule - Review project forecast with the Plant and Field Operations monthly and, suggest modifications consistent with knowledge of current and future needs - Timely reporting of key metrics - Support Manufacturing and Field service Operations by hosting monthly reviews; review quality levels, performance against schedule, inventory strategy, supply plan to meet demand, and resource implications. This position would report to the Director of Engineering.  We are looking for someone who is highly detailed-oriented, thorough, and self-motivated.
