Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Site Superintendent for our site operations. Reporting to the General Superintendent, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing multiple construction projects, acting as the linchpin between various project stakeholders, site-specific superintendents, schedules, plant personnel, and more. The Senior Site Superintendent will provide leadership and management to on-site construction teams, ensuring quality standards are met, and projects are completed on time and within budget. Effective communication is paramount, and top candidates will be strong leaders, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure.   Responsibilities: - Coach, mentor, and train other site-specific field personnel. - Ensure comprehensive management and monitoring of all site-related items and subcontractors, including internal, municipal, and third-party entities. - Provide necessary support for site operations. - Participate in evaluations and reviews. - Lead and manage on-site construction teams, overseeing site superintendents. - Monitor daily schedules of vertical and horizontal subcontractors and corresponding discipline schedules. - Foster collaboration between subcontractors and maintain corresponding schedules. - Coordinate and oversee all work on-site. - Attend production meetings. - Review and familiarize oneself with schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to these. - Provide weekly schedule updates and contribute to 3-week look-ahead schedules. - Ensure adherence to quality standards. - Place orders for materials and take responsibility for equipment and materials on-site. - Follow the project timeline to meet deadlines. - Monitor and ensure on-site safety compliance, cleanliness, and orderliness. - Maintain records for site personnel, including daily field reports, field orders, and RFIs. - Liaise with inspection authorities regarding approvals. - Establish, promote, and nurture teamwork. - Collaborate with project-specific peers, including Project Manager, Project Engineer, General Superintendent, etc.   Construction Sr. Superintendent Requirements: - 15+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent. - Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel.   Construction Superintendent Requirements: - 15+ years’ experience as a Construction Superintendent, specializing in ground-up construction, particularly in commercial and/or multifamily sectors. - Preferred expertise in podium wrap construction. - Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel. - Experience with scheduling software, CAE, CAD applications, and digital photography. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Millwright is responsible for performing mechanical related maintenance in all areas of the plant.   RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform mechanical related maintenance in all areas of the Plant including pumps, welding, cutting and overall mechanical duties. - Inspects machinery or equipment and makes any necessary adjustments, performs any required maintenance or makes whatever repairs are required. This may involve the complete disassembly and reassembly of any and all mill machinery and equipment and includes all work necessary to return the machinery or equipment to satisfactory operating conditions. - Reads, comprehends and uses as a guide any applicable drawings, equipment manufacturers' manuals, written specifications, codes, handbooks, etc. - Perform Preventive & Predictive maintenance on mechanical equipment as directed. - Maintains any required records or logs concerning maintenance and repair work performed. Z Modular is looking for a self-motivated Director of Engineering for our Troy, MI office.  This position will report to the Vice President of Engineering, Research & Development.  We are looking for someone who is highly detailed-oriented, thorough, analytical, and a good manager of people. The successful applicant will direct and supervise Engineers, perform technical design work, and provide oversight and coordination with other groups within the company. This position involves participation in project meetings and client meetings.  Some travel to plants and other offices will be required. As the Director of Engineering you will lead the structural design of steel modular buildings.  You will oversee the development of structural details to conform to our production standards.  You will develop standard operating procedures for the engineering department including the MEP design team. Z Modular currently has an opportunity for a Revit Drafter in the Chandler, AZ area. This position would report to the Design Manager. We are looking for someone who is highly detailed-oriented, thorough, and self-motivated. As a Drafter, you will use Revit to produce drawings for a variety of projects. Z Modular, a division of Zekelma, seeks an Electrician for our plant.  This role is responsible for performing various electrical duties throughout the plant RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assessing the workspace and work required to ensure the work is performed in the safest manner - Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications to assemble components or systems - Ensure equipment is maintained electrically following all of the defined safety procedures and that everyone working on the equipment is following these procedures, including LOTO. Ensure that all guards and safety equipment is in place and operational before turning the equipment over to the operator. - Ability to properly use required hand tools, power tools, hoists cranes, measuring devices and testing equipment. - Initiates troubleshooting techniques to solve quality, process and electrical problems.
