  Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks a (Senior) Analyst - Capital Markets to assist with financing transactions for its real property development projects.  Reporting to Vice President – General Counsel based in Chicago HQ office. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this position work with Engineering to design fire suppression systems to make sure the buildings meet building codes set by the National Fire Protection Agency.   RESPONSIBILITES: - Analysis of fire hazards - Mitigation of fire damage by proper design, construction arrangement, and use of building materials, structures, industrial processes, and transportation systems - The design, installation, and maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems and communication systems - Know the science behind what causes fires. Then, apply this knowledge to the safe design and construction of private and public buildings.
