  An immediate full-time position is available for a Research Engineer with post graduate level education in Structural Engineering. The ideal candidate will have the required educational qualifications with experience in advanced structural steel design and advanced structural analysis. This position offers an opportunity to work on futuristic design of our modular systems and it requires an ability to develop design guidelines using first principles to advanced computational models. The candidate may also work on providing solutions in modular construction, and fabrication.   Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks a Project Engineer to oversee the communications and documentation of our modular units.  Reporting to the Project Manager, Project Engineer is responsible for the coordination of construction submittals and request for information documentation within the modular scope, as well as ensuring frequent progress communication with customers.  The Project Engineer will work with the Project Managers and be assigned tasks set by them as needed.   Responsibilities: - Primarily function as data keeper of project specific tasks. Control submittal approvals, RFI management, day to day correspondence. - Assist with material procurement, inventory and confirmation of materials on hand prior to production according to approved submittals. - Assist with, scheduling, budgeting and implementation of the project - Assist with the preparation of the schedule of values - Assist with project planning for approval by management - Assist with the preparation of project schedules with input from project staff and, if required, assistance from the Scheduling Department - Assist with change orders with client, architects and engineers - Complete all required reports - Assist with preparation of all Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, requisitions, proposals, etc. - Attend weekly OAC coordination meetings/calls. - Other duties as assignment by management. Zekelman Industries is searching for a Quality Control Analyst to assist with all quality and technical activities of the Killeen, Texas Plant.  This person will assist the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure implementation and maintenance of a consistent quality system throughout the Zekelman Industries organization.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Ensure that the company’s products and the materials used in manufacturing meet the required standards. - Test materials and finished goods to ensure that they meet production standards and reject items not meeting standards. - Work with manufacturing companies, test laboratories, government, etc. - Reporting sub-standard production quality to government agencies or company executives; or recommending adjustments to the production or assembly process. - Responsible for receiving raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods. Performing various scientific analyses to evaluate their quality and ensure compliance with established standards. - Provide an investigative or technological orientation in designing, executing, interpreting, and validating quality procedures and test methods. - Conduct data review to ensure completeness and accuracy of records and preliminary evaluation of results. REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:   - Requires an Associate or Bachelor’s, degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Management or related field and 5 years of experience.
