Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role will function as a true generalist, with a focus on maintaining and enhancing the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and practices.   RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates - Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives - Administer the plant’s absenteeism and S&A programs - Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for hourly positions Assist in the management of labor relations and contract administration responsibilities in each of the three plants including: - Facilitating a partnership with the union bargaining committees - Gathering information for grievances and assisting the HR Manager in the administration of the grievance process - Assisting in the preparation of and sitting at the table for labor contract negotiations - Analyzing training needs and assisting in the design for employee development - Identify staff vacancies and submit the appropriate requisitions for approval.   Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks a Project Engineer to oversee the communications and documentation of our modular units.  Reporting to the Project Manager, Project Engineer is responsible for the coordination of construction submittals and request for information documentation within the modular scope, as well as ensuring frequent progress communication with customers.  The Project Engineer will work with the Project Managers and be assigned tasks set by them as needed.   Responsibilities: - Primarily function as data keeper of project specific tasks. Zekelman Industries is seeking SAP Support Analyst at our Chicago, IL corporate headquarters.  Reporting to the Manager of the SAP Solution Center, this person provides application support and consulting with an emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service. Primary activities include triaging and resolution of support and enhancement requests for internal customers in multiple SAP ECC 6.0 instances across multiple business units and functions. The focus will be to understand each material and the counts for that specific materials as it is built into the module on a daily basis.   RESPONSIBILITES: - Collect and analyze information to determine Products of business activities such as the use and installation of raw materials, labor use for production, and Product differences contrast between differing modules and facilities production. - Discern different methods for the same installation of materials in modules; it is possible to have 3 different means of material usage within the modules. - Record accurate Product data for prototype base and options. Reporting to the Production Supervisor – Mill Operator.   RESPONSIBILITES: - Clearly print tag number on the bundle. - Identify prime tubing. - Properly weld stud on the end of the bundle. - Properly attach poly tag to the bundle. - Assist reclaim op in moving dunnage to the dunnage area - Report any quality issues to the bundler operator. - Properly use the safety devices in the area. - Properly place dunnage on bundles QUALIFICATIONS: - Ability to work different shifts - Attention to Detail - Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role - Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy PHYSICAL ABILITIES: - Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
