    Z-Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks a Construction Manager for our location in Killeen, Texas. Reporting to the Production Manager, this person will supervise a multitude of direct reports. The CM will coordinate sections of the plant construction floor. These areas include and are not limited to framing, gypsum installation, steel cutting, texturing, ceramic installation, floor installation, MEP installation, and final finish areas of work.  This will then interact with shipping and storage as part of the overall focus. These areas could change as we execute our work from week to week and project to project.   Construction Managers determine the resources required for each aspect of the project, such as equipment or tooling needed, materials, and labor, assessing each of these for budget limitations.
