QUALIFICATIONS:

Z Modular seeks a Pre-Construction Manager to oversee the construction of our projects. Reporting to General Manager - Projects, the Pre-Construction Manager is responsible for the coordination of all post design/pre break ground activities within the total project scope, as well as ensuring frequent progress communication with clients, internal and external. The Pre-Construction Manager plans, directs and coordinates all activities concerned with the trade qualifications, bidding, and activities leading up to mobilizing on one of our Z Modular projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop a catalog of subcontractors in each trade that meet Z Mod standards
· Pre-qualify them so any PM can reach out to price scopes as needed
· Create a sub list that is sufficiently deep with trades for each scope
· Manage bid Process through Building Connected and Procore
· Leading up to bid time – hold preconstruction meetings and walk throughs with trades – include site construction team as applicable.
· Update current, create new, and update bid scopes for each product line and site.
· Scope trade bids as submitted. Discuss variances and ensure final bid is applicable and accurate.
· Coordinate with design to finalize material and material quantity lists per product line.
· Prioritize with site construction team order of buy out per site so just in time subcontracts are not needed.
· Work with purchasing on long term material pricing.
· Maintain template subcontract agreements, to include short form consultant agreements.
· Assist with preparation of all Purchase Orders, requisitions, proposals, etc.
· Attend Design/Engineering and AOC meetings as needed to stay up to date with this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leads and promotes healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy.
• Delivers exceptional customer service to Zekelman SAP users by timely communicating with users about the receipt of issues via Service-Now incidents, updating work progress, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and providing desired solutions.
• Analyzes and triages assigned incidents on a daily basis, sets up meetings with business users to gather additional information, collaborates with IT technical/functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for design and solutions, and prepares detailed change and testing documents.
• Understands business urgencies, prioritizes support incidents based on severity and business requests, and escalates to the manager when necessary.
• Provides support for resolving break fixes and enhancements, including data fixes, design, configuration, development, maintenance, and reports in the respective area.
• Utilizes queries and reporting tools to offer flexible and timely support, serving as an SME to business users for solution proposals and training.
• Provides leadership and guidance to the business by analyzing, tracking, and understanding system capabilities, recommending SAP best practices to improve process efficiency in a minimum amount of time.
• Contributes to medium or large-scale SAP internal projects as an FICO Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the respective area.
• Possesses good communication skills and excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to develop and deliver solutions by applying personal experience and SAP best practices.
• Develops and maintains professional and productive relationships within business units, the IT team, and support.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience including multiple life cycle implementation in Finance and Costing, support and project work in SAP ECC 6.0 or above.
• Hands on experience in design and configuration of SAP FICO modules and its key integration points with other SAP modules such as Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, Inventory, WM etc.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables via helpdesk support calls, production tickets and small to medium enhancement work.
• Strong knowledge of master data in GL, AR, AP, banking, fixed assets, product costing, COPA etc., and interfaces to external applications such as Hyperion, TMS+, Concur, ADP, Get Paid, Spreadsheet Server etc. for inbound and outbound file processing. Lead a particular work stream via support tickets or enhancement work, identify changes in scope, perform system changes and coordinate testing with IT cross-function and business user.
• Detail knowledge in fixed asset accounting and support asset period close activities.
• Experience in bank/cash applications such as lockbox, EBS, positive pay, encashment, inbound and inbound payment processing, etc.
• Knowledge in EDI file processing and troubleshooting experience for inbound and outbound file processing.
• Supporting period end activities, year end activities, cross-company posting, foreign currency valuation process and reconciliation activities.
• Posses strong knowledge in costing area including standard costing, MAP, product cost, COPA reporting and in depth understanding of CO integration to FI and other modules.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION:
The Warehouse Operator’s primary responsibilities include picking, packing, and loading material following established procedures and quality standards using standard warehouse equipment. S/he is responsible for participating in continuous improvement activities providing feedback to management on process and safety. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION:

• Monitors equipment to ensure Zinc levels, wiper positioning, air flow, skimming, induction heat and kettle temperatures are correct; Adjusts to standards as required.
• Maintains equipment in proper operating condition associated with (Hot Dip Galvanizing (HDG) requirements.
• Monitors and adjusts all equipment and temperatures from computer console.
• Communicates with coworkers, supervisors and/or managers to report material conditions that could result in production, quality, and/or safety issues.
• Updates MES system electronically to report all the downtime occurrences and reason codes.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Performs preventative maintenance on assigned mechanical systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Trade or technical school diploma preferred.
• 5 years of mechanical experience, metal rolling mill and induction heating systems a plus.
• Must have good mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.

The Process Engineer is responsible foroptimizing and improving the manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production, and maintaining high-quality standards. This experienced Engineer will contribute to the plant's overall operational excellence and successful delivery of products to customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION:
