  Sharon Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries, is seeking a Machinist for our facility located in Farrell, PA.  Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this bargaining unit position is responsible for the operation of machine shop tools in order to produce metal parts critical to the orderly operations of the facility as well as assist in repairs throughout the facility.   RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operate manual machine tools as well as the possibility of CNC machine(s) in a job shop environment to produce metal parts - Review and be able to utilize electronic or written blueprints or specifications for a job - Machine within print tolerances - Determine material being machined - Select tools and materials for the job - Detect problems with assembly of parts - Check accuracy of work against blueprints and specifications - Modify parts in response to problems on the mills - Works alone with minimal supervision - Assist maintenance staff in both breakdowns as well as preventative maintenance on equipment QUALIFICATIONS: - The ideal candidate for this position should possess a machinist degree and/or certificate from an accredited school - Have a minimum 3 years’ direct related verifiable work experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Detailed orientated, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and available to work rotating shifts including weekend and OT - Display a positive attitude towards your work and maintain positive working relationship with others - Mechanical aptitude necessary for fulfillment of job requirements - Must be able to interface with computers and efficient at problem solving - Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite Applications - Ability to pass hair follicle drug/physical/background check - Legally authorized to work in the US - Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role - Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy PHYSICAL ABILITIES: - Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Atlas Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries seeks a Maintenance Electrician for our facility located in Blytheville, AR.  This role is responsible for the safe repair and rebuild of tube mill production equipment to maximize quality, up time, rate and yield. Requires high aptitude in regards electrical ability, troubleshooting and problem solving skills in regard to equipment operation, process conditions in order to diagnose and resolve electrical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure equipment is maintained electrically following all of the defined safety procedures and that everyone working on the equipment is following these procedures, including LOTO.  Ensure that all guards and safety equipment is in place and operational before turning the equipment over to the operator. - Responsible to monitor, inspect and complete reports on equipment using manual and computerized maintenance management systems. - Read and interpret information and specifications from blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings in order to repair equipment, machinery, physical structures and systems. - Ability to properly use required hand tools, power tools, hoists cranes, measuring devices and testing equipment. - Initiates troubleshooting techniques to solve quality, process and electrical problems.  Must be able to properly identify problem areas with consistency and reliability, if unsuccessful in making repairs, must notify supervisor for assistance. - Perform all required electrical tasks associated with breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance and changeovers on production equipment. - Responsible to insure housekeeping is in audit ready condition after the electrical task is completed. - Provides guidance to co-workers. - Report any safety, quality, operational or output issues that you cannot correct to your supervisor. - Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.   REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to communicate in English, use measuring and testing devices, hand and power tools and basic math calculations - Mechanical aptitude necessary for fulfillment of job requirements - Must be able to interface with computers and efficient at problem solving - Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role - Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy

The Warehouse Operator’s primary responsibilities include picking, packing, and loading material following established procedures and quality standards using standard warehouse equipment. This position will be responsible for participating in continuous improvement activities providing feedback to management on process and safety. This role is also responsible for designated housekeeping areas to ensure warehouse areas are kept clean and safe.           ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION:   - Prepares the distribution/processing of materials, products, parts/tools, and/or equipment for shipment: - Receives orders/requests from customers and internal employees. - Picks, Packs, and Stages the orders and ensures order and items match using scanning tools. - Loads shipments on flatbed or LTL truck safely.  - Communicates all necessary information on each shipment to CSR or Supervisor - Receives/processes the incoming of materials, products, parts/tools, and/or equipment: - Inspects materials for potential damage, documents & reports, as necessary. - Receive materials from van truck loads and flatbed loads. - Replenish warehouse stock and rotate as required using reach truck or forklift. - Operates warehouse equipment - Use of forklift, order picker, reach truck, and walkie rider pallet jack required. - Participates in departmental process improvement: - Studies and standardizes procedures to assure the timely, accurate and efficient processing of all shipping and receiving functions. - Comprehends and adheres to all safety, quality, and Company guidelines specified in the Employee Handbook, the safety policy manuals, quality procedures or any official Company documents. - Other duties, as assigned. - Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy  - Regular, predictable, full-time onsite attendance at the plant per the schedule. - Assist with other projects and analyses as needed QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma or GED - Minimum of two years of warehouse experience, preferably with steel or tubing; or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
