- Develop and facilitate various training programs including, but not limited to, orientation, mobile equipment, crane, fall arrest, hazcom, heat stress awareness, and other training as required
- Develop and regularly maintain comprehensive Job Safety Analysis' for all positions throughout the facility, including off-site storage yards
- Maintain detailed documentation pertaining to all safety and health matters, including incident reports, risk assessments, Workers Compensation documentation, OSHA 300 logs, and other documentation as required
- Provide regular progress updates to the Director of Health and Safety and facility Plant Management through various methods, including basecamp, EHS Insight, email reports, and other forms of communication
- Remain informed on new legislation and/or regulations to ensure compliance
- Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role
- Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policies
- Assist in safety-related matters at all Zekelman and Z Modular facilities as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-6 years of experience in Safety, Construction and/or Manufacturing required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree and/or relevant professional certification preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents, including personnel information
- Experience with Workers Compensation Claim Management and Return-to-work activities
- Comprehensive knowledge of various OSHA legislation and regulations, risk management programs, safety management systems, and industry best practices

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role is responsible for the safe repair and rebuild of tube mill production equipment to maximize quality, up time, rate and yield. This role requires high aptitude in regards electrical ability, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in regard to equipment operation, process conditions in order to diagnose and resolve electrical/mechanical issues. This person will also complete preventive maintenance on gear reducers, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring equipment is maintained electrically following all of the defined safety procedures and that everyone working on the equipment is following these procedures, including LOTO.
- Ensuring that all guards and safety equipment are in place and operational before turning the equipment over to the operator.

- Initiates troubleshooting techniques to solve quality, process and HVAC problems. Must be able to properly identify problem areas with consistency and reliability, if unsuccessful in making repairs, must notify supervisor for assistance.
- Assessing the workspace and work required to ensure the work is performed in the safest manner
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Licensed HVAC Technician or ability
- Licensed Gas Fitter Level 1
- Knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience including hands on training and or work is required
- Proven track record in heating and cooling systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read blue prints and other diagrams.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
- Strong desires to be a better installer tomorrow than you are today.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Build a high performing sales organization across 3 business units (Wheatland, Western & Picoma) that will drive profitable revenue growth for existing and new customers
- Develop an inside sales team that drives industry leading customer service
- Develop a best in class outside sales organization driving growth for our portfolio of products and services.
- Manage product pricing to achieve margin and volume goals
- Lead executive-level relationship with key customers and prospective customers.
- Support monthly and annual forecasting and planning for the division as well as each operating facility.
- Lead the new product development process for the division
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- The ideal candidate for this role will have at least ten years of sales leadership experience delivering profitable sales growth within the manufacturing industry.
ADDITIONAL PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
- Sales or operations experience in the pipe and tube or electrical Industry
- Demonstrated experience leveraging information technology to improve customer service
