Reporting to the VP, Field Services, this person is an assertive, decisive action-taker who provides leadership and support to construction sites in the area of Occupational Health and Safety. The Construction Site Safety Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and direction of the construction site Occupational Health and Safety Programs and will continually strive to support the company’s goals to provide a safe and healthy workplace to all of its teammates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership and coaching related to all safety and health matters to construction site management teams with emphasis placed on front line supervision

· Update current, create new, and update bid scopes for each product line and site.
· Scope trade bids as submitted. Discuss variances and ensure final bid is applicable and accurate.

Z Modular currently has an opportunity for a Revit Drafter in the Chandler, AZ area. This position would report to the Design Manager. We are looking for someone who is highly detailed-oriented, thorough, and self-motivated. As a Drafter, you will use Revit to produce drawings for a variety of projects. The experience will be challenging yet rewarding as you shape the future of design and construction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Produce design and construction documents in Revit.
• Produce shop drawings for fabrication and construction.
• Produce plans, sections, elevations, and details to convey architectural design and construction information.
• Gain an understanding of building systems, codes, and construction methods.
• Promote a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Work under the direction of the internal architects and engineers.
• Convert CAD drawings/equipment layouts into Revit.
• Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
• Produce schedules and bill of materials.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
• 5+ years’ experience in architectural/engineering drafting.
• Proficiency in REVIT required.
• Associates degree in Construction Technology, Drafting Technology or Computer-Aided Design and Drafting is a plus.
• Knowledge of BIM drafting techniques, standards, and software.
• Precise written and verbal communication skills.
• Good aptitude with the ability to solve problems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Proficiency in construction detailing and an understanding of common construction techniques.
• Ability to quickly learn company specific BIM standards and procedures.

Z-Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks a Welder for our location in Chandler, AZ. Reporting to the Production Lead Welder, this position will perform various welding duties throughout the plant.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
- Determine required equipment and welding methods, applying knowledge of metallurgy, geometry, and welding techniques.
- Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, sketches, work orders, and material safety data sheets to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations.
- Detect faulty operation of equipment or defective materials and notify supervisors.
- Follow and implement safety and quality control programs
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- The ideal candidate for the Welder position will possess a High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of experience.
- AWS GMAW or MIG 3G Certified
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Knowledge and usage of measuring and testing devices, hand and power tools
- Controlling operations of equipment and systems
- Basic math abilities
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematic drawings, weld symbols, etc.
