  Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks a ConstructionSite Safety Manager for construction sites currently in Texas and Arizona, and additonal sites to be added in the future. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Health and Safety, this person is an assertive, decisive action-taker who provides leadership and support to construction sites in the area of Occupational Health and Safety.  The Construction Site Safety Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and direction of the contruction site Occupational Health and Safety Programs and will continually strive to support the company’s goals to provide a safe and healthy workplace to all of its teammates.   RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide leadership and coaching related to all safety and health matters to construction site management teams with emphasis placed on front line supervision - Assertively manage post-incident matters including incident investigations, post incident action items, Worker’s Compensation claims and Early and Safe Return to Work initiatives. - Conduct various types of periodic inspections and audits of various construction sites and specific positions in order to identify unsafe hazards and/or conditions - Make recommendations and facilitate the implementation of effective measures in accordance with the hierarchy of safeguarding controls and Z Modular’s standards to eliminate or significantly reduce hazards to an acceptable level - Facilitate and attend monthly Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings, providing guidance and expertise on safety and health matters.     Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, is seeking a Product Analyst for our facility located in Killeen, TX. The Product Analyst will perform various Product-related functions in an organization. This employee plans a budget and ensures Product-effective operations for a project and plant for the company's overall business model. Job duties include using production, warehousing, and financial track information to create a product cost baseline for manufacturing on all models and iterations of models. The focus will be to understand each material and the counts for that specific materials as it is built into the module on a daily basis.   RESPONSIBILITES: - Collect and analyze information to determine Products of business activities such as the use and installation of raw materials, labor use for production, and Product differences contrast between differing modules and facilities production. - Discern different methods for the same installation of materials in modules; it is possible to have 3 different means of material usage within the modules. - Record accurate Product data for prototype base and options. This includes a physical count of each room as it moves from station to station. - Audit existing Product of modules on a daily timely basis. This includes doing a physical count of home as it rolls thru each station. - Assist with physical inventory preparation, implementation, and reconciliation. Includes a physical count of all modules that are in the process of being built inside the manufacturing facility and when needed outside for the rework given current macro-economic conditions. - Make analysis of collected information as well as keep records of findings and results specific to product costs and usage of inventories. - Analyze changes on the methods of production, goods and services provided, and raw materials to know how they affect finished goods Product. - Produce the documentation of data for daily reporting disciplines, operating reviews and quarterly reports. - Identify possible opportunities for improving the efficiency of production with the main aim of increasing efficiencies, effectiveness and growing profits. - Compare material submittal data and labor hour data for specific categories of production with site built of similar categories of construction through RS Means, past plant specific productions, and any other fact data available. - Product analysis of projects: This includes but is not limited to estimated material consumption VS actual material consumption, labor hours, and overhead. - Capture any shortfalls that occur during the life span of projects. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this position work with Engineering to design fire suppression systems to make sure the buildings meet building codes set by the National Fire Protection Agency.   RESPONSIBILITES: - Analysis of fire hazards - Mitigation of fire damage by proper design, construction arrangement, and use of building materials, structures, industrial processes, and transportation systems - The design, installation, and maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems and communication systems - Know the science behind what causes fires. Then, apply this knowledge to the safe design and construction of private and public buildings. Zekelman Industries is searching for a Quality Control Analyst to assist with all quality and technical activities of the Killeen, Texas Plant.  This person will assist the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure implementation and maintenance of a consistent quality system throughout the Zekelman Industries organization.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Ensure that the company’s products and the materials used in manufacturing meet the required standards. - Test materials and finished goods to ensure that they meet production standards and reject items not meeting standards. - Work with manufacturing companies, test laboratories, government, etc. - Reporting sub-standard production quality to government agencies or company executives; or recommending adjustments to the production or assembly process. - Responsible for receiving raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods. Performing various scientific analyses to evaluate their quality and ensure compliance with established standards. - Provide an investigative or technological orientation in designing, executing, interpreting, and validating quality procedures and test methods. - Conduct data review to ensure completeness and accuracy of records and preliminary evaluation of results. REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:   - Requires an Associate or Bachelor’s, degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Management or related field and 5 years of experience. We are looking for a deadline-driven Site Superintendent to oversee our construction project and to act as the link between various project parties. The Site Superintendent will lead and manage the on-site construction team and oversee all work on site. The Site Superintendent will be responsible for orderliness on site and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This candidate will ensure quality standards are met, and all equipment and materials are always available. To ensure success, projects should be completed on time and within budget. Top candidates will be strong leaders, pro-active and perform well under pressure.   RESPONSIBILITES: - Complete management and monitoring of all items and subcontractors site related – both internal, municipal and third party. - Leading and managing the on-site construction team. - Full scheduling of all vertical and horizontal subcontractors and corresponding discipline schedules. - Collaboration between subcontractors and corresponding schedules. - Coordinating and overseeing all work on site. - Attending production meetings. - Reviewing and becoming familiar with the schedule and budget and ensuring adherence to these. - Weekly schedule updates. - Ensuring quality standards are met. - Placing orders for materials and being responsible for equipment and materials on site. - Following the project timeline to ensure deadlines are met. - Monitoring and ensuring on-site safety compliance, cleanliness and orderliness. - Maintaining records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field orders and RFIs. - Liaising with inspection authorities regarding approvals. - Collaboration with project specific peers – Project Manager, Project Engineer, General Superintendent, etc. Construction Superintendent Requirements: - 10+ years experience as a Construction Superintendent. - Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel. - Proficient with scheduling software, and CAE and CAD applications. - Proficient with taking and uploading digital photographs. - Ability to lift 40 pounds and to operate heavy equipment. - Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications and other documents. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Outstanding organizational skills. - Collaborative attitude and teamwork personality. - Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role - Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy   PHYSICAL ABILITIES: - Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
