  Z-Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, is seeking an Division Accounting Manager for the Chandler, AZ location. Reporting to the Z-Modular Controller, the Division Accounting Manager will lead the day-to-day accounting for all activities at Z-Modular support facilities, as well as the divisional consolidated reporting.  In addition, the candidate is a member of the Plant leadership team assisting all management in measuring and driving successful results in all areas of the business, utilizing continuous improvement techniques. This candidate will also help manage the accounting operations and assist with journal entry and reconciliation review and approvals.   RESPONSIBILITES: - Assist in the management and oversight of the daily operations of the accounting department - Practice continual review of financial activity, focusing on project performance and accuracy, as well as total entity performance and accuracy - Prepare and issue financial, labor, and other KPI reports that support decision-makers on all levels (project, plant, and consolidated) - Support monthly financial close process and provide critical review, analytics, and commentary pertaining to financial performance compared to expectation - Support intercompany transactions, clearings, and consolidation - Complete and review assigned monthly account reconciliations timely and accurately - Coordinate with Project and Plant Managers to lead financial planning for designated entities, including annual budget and weekly flash-, monthly, and quarterly forecasts - Coordinate with Director of Finance and Project Managers to maintain updated project cost projections - Work with the Director of Business & Finance Systems to ensure projects are set up accurately and in accordance with the needs of Project Management and Finance - Support quarterly and annual audit procedures, including walk-throughs, PBC requests, inventory counts, and other on-site observation - Maintain and organize documentation that supports audit requests, including cycle count sheets, invoices, shipping documents, journal entry support, reconciliations, etc. - Assist in supporting quarterly Corporate financial deliverables, including disclosures and rollforwards - Work with credit card and P-card holders, as well as AP, to ensure credit card transactions are accurately coded to account and project - Support the management of all active contracts, monitor billing schedule, help ensure all requirements for data submissions are met timely - Identify and communicate on-going problems and concerns to Controller and necessary stakeholders - Work with purchasing and operations to help identify cost savings initiatives - Maintain updated, detailed work instructions for all assigned tasks - Support ZModular teammates, as required by PTO and distribution changes - Meet all required due dates with completeness and accuracy - Additional projects and adhoc reporting, as required   QUALIFICATIONS: - College/University graduate with 10+ years of experience with general ledger accounting and closing processes.   Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks a Project Engineer to oversee the communications and documentation of our modular units.  Reporting to theProject Manager, Project Engineer is responsible for the coordination of construction submittals and request for information documentation within the modular scope, as well as ensuring frequent progress communication with customers.  The Project Engineer will work with the Project Managers and be assigned tasks set by them as needed.   Responsibilities: - Primarily function as data keeper of project specific tasks. Control submittal approvals, RFI management, day to day correspondence. - Assist with material procurement, inventory and confirmation of materials on hand prior to production according to approved submittals. - Assist with, scheduling, budgeting and implementation of the project - Assist with the preparation of the schedule of values - Assist with project planning for approval by management - Assist with the preparation of project schedules with input from project staff and, if required, assistance from the Scheduling Department - Assist with change orders with client, architects and engineers - Complete all required reports - Assist with preparation of all Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, requisitions, proposals, etc. - Attend weekly OAC coordination meetings/calls. - Other duties as assignment by management. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this individual will be responsible for processing the hourly and salary payroll.  The successful candidate will ensure timely preparation and accurate cost distribution of Company salaries, overhead, and related benefits in compliance with appropriate federal and state withholding regulations and in accordance with the Company’s internal controls.  This individual will administer all functions of the time and attendance system to ensure correct data is going to the HRIS system.   RESPONSIBILITIES:   Ensure timely and accurate preparation of payroll operations and works closely with the Human Resources department to ensure that payroll actions are in conformance with employment and benefits practices, and accounting procedures: - Handle all production entry into the time and attendance system to ensure accurate calculations of all pay, including incentive plans - Review timecards for accuracy and completeness - Review all federal and state payroll tax reports for accuracy, including quarterly and year-end returns; determines taxability of non-wage payments. - Interpret Company employment policies and government regulations for payroll activities and makes recommendations on modifications to management as appropriate - Maintain all payroll records, reports, computations and audits; works closely with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and government regulations - Interface routinely with Human Resources on employee benefits issues (deductions, retirement payments, COBRA, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate processing - Provide periodic analysis of payroll and disbursement records to ensure that adjustments are in accord with management's criteria - Effectively communicate with all internal and external contacts to resolve issues in conformance with law, payroll policy, and procedure. REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: - Ability to communicate effectively with other plant personnel - Strong motivational and leadership skills - Bend, twist, stoop, sit, kneel, crawl, push and pull.  Able to reach in all directions - Walk and stand for extended periods of time to cover 10 - 12 hour shifts - Other physical requirements as needed for job - Legally eligible to work in US - Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role - Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy  Physical Requirements: - Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. - Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time to cover shift. - Bend, Twist, Stoop, Sit, Kneel, Crawl, push and pull.
