  Z-Modular currently has an opportunity for a MEP/Structural Revit Drafter in the Chandler, AZ area. This position would report to the Director of Engineering.  We are looking for someone who is highly detailed-oriented, thorough, and self-motivated. As a Drafter, you will use Revit to produce drawings for a variety of projects. This position requires the candidate to report to Project Managers and the Director of Design and follow a standard document control SOP. The candidate must be skilled with a construction administration system, such as ProCore, and to submit and track RFIs and Shop Drawings during the design stage within the Design Department of Z Modular. The ideal candidate will have an interest in modular construction, automated fabrication systems, parametric design software, and developing alternative approaches to the design and construction industry. As Structural Engineering Manager, you will be in control of structural design for steel modular buildings and helping to develop design standards. You will help build relationships with team members, internal and external customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, while meeting our client’s objectives, goals and challenges. You will work to support the warehouse team in creating the proper documentation for the shippment of steel tubes.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Create bills of lading and customs documents - Creates MTRs for all prime loads of material - Faxes/Email bills of lading and MTRs to customers in advance of load arrival - Completes other shipment documentation as required - Create scrap bills of lading through the Scrap Portal - Scan documents into IMS21 - Signs in drivers upon arrival and greet them in professional manner - Assign shippers in, and understand TMS+ driver module - Work in SAP for stock lookups, identifying tag numbers, remove customers from mixed heat/foreign coil lists etc. - File completed paperwork - Work in a team environment, helping other teammates with achieving departmental goals - Keep work area and/or equipment organized, clean and in a safe working condition - Follow workplace safety practices set forth by Atlas Tube Inc. policies and the Ontario Health & Safety Act. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager. This is a great opportunity for candidates who have industrial maintenance and troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing/light industrial setting.   RESPONSIBILITES: - Promote and enforce a safe, healthy work environment and work practices in accordance with OSHA and Company safety policies and procedures such as LOTO & Arc Flash. - Perform reactive, preventive, and predictive maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment. Identify necessary parts and materials per specifications. Mill Set-up is responsible for assembling and setting up offline production tooling for upcoming sizes. This position is also responsible for inspecting tooling for damage/wear and reporting the findings.    RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Follow workplace safety practices set forth by Atlas Tube Inc. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this person will supervise a multitude of direct reports. The CM will coordinate sections of the plant construction floor. These areas include and are not limited to framing, gypsum installation, steel cutting, texturing, ceramic installation, floor installation, MEP installation, and final finish areas of work.  This will then interact with shipping and storage as part of the overall focus. These areas could change as we execute our work from week to week and project to project.   Construction Managers determine the resources required for each aspect of the project, such as equipment or tooling needed, materials, and labor, assessing each of these for budget limitations. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the ideal candidate will have one or more years of manufacturing/light industrial experience. RESPONSIBILITES: - Working with hand and/or power equipment in a manufacturing setting - Material handling - Ensuring proper safety procedures are followed - Operating mobile equipment - Operating packing and banding equipment - Other duties as assigned by management   QUALIFICATIONS: - Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role - Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy PHYSICAL ABILITIES: - Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
