Reporting to the Maintenance Foreman, is responsible for the safe repair and rebuild of tube mill production equipment to maximize quality, uptime, rate and yield. Requires a high aptitude regarding mechanical ability, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills regarding equipment operation, process conditions in order to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.   Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the process, equipment, controls and storeroom areas - Ensure equipment is maintained mechanically following all defined safety procedures and that everyone working on the equipment is following these procedures, including LOTO. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. - Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to listen and speak effectively to understand and communicate the needs of customers and team members. Ability to write and electronically submit POs and email team members. - Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internal business application computer system. This position will be reporting directly to the Quality Manager, and will primarily be responsible for overseeing the product quality for the designated shift including monitoring of ultrasonic testing, desposition of non-conforming material, and auditing inspection functions. The job may included additional duties as required by the Quality Manager or the Blytheville Management Team.
