Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, is seeking a Product Analyst in Killeen, TX. Job duties include using production, warehousing, and financial tracking information to create a product cost list that matches what is being installed in the mods. The focus will be to understand each product and the cycle counts for those specific materials as it is built into the module daily.   RESPONSIBILITES: · Record accurate Product data that is being used in the modules. This includes a physical count of each room as it moves from station to station. · Audit existing Product of modules on a daily basis. This includes doing a physical count of the module as it progresses through each station. · Assist with physical inventory preparation, implementation, and reconciliation.   Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, is seeking a Welder for our facility located in Killeen, Texas. Reporting to the Welding Supervisor, this position will perform various welding duties throughout the plant.     Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00-11:30pm   RESPONSIBILITES: - Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions. - Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits. - Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly, using straightedges, combination squares, calipers, and rulers. - Examine workpieces for defects and measure workpieces with straightedges or templates to ensure conformance with specifications. - Weld separately or in combination, using aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, and other alloys. - Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding. - Ignite torches or start power supplies and strike arcs by touching electrodes to metals being welded, completing electrical circuits. - Determine required equipment and welding methods, applying knowledge of metallurgy, geometry, and welding techniques. - Monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking, distortion, or expansion of material. - Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments, using processes such as gas tungsten arc, gas metal arc, flux-cored arc, plasma arc, shielded metal arc, resistance welding, and submerged arc welding. - Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, sketches, work orders, and material safety data sheets to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations. - Mark or tag material with proper job number, piece marks, and other identifying marks as required. - Remove rough spots from workpieces, using portable grinders, hand files, or scrapers. - Develop templates and models for welding projects, using mathematical calculations based on blueprint information. - Position and secure workpieces, using hoists, cranes, wire, and banding machines or hand tools. - Operate metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines, such as brakes and shears. - Set up and use ladders and scaffolding as necessary to complete work. - Use fire suppression methods in industrial emergencies. - Estimate materials needed for production and manufacturing and maintain required stocks of materials.   QUALIFICATIONS: - Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role - Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy - Follow and implement safety and quality control programs - Other duties as assigned PHYSICAL ABILITIES: - Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Construction Manager will supervise a multitude of direct reports. The CM will coordinate sections of the plant construction floor. These areas include and are not limited to framing, gypsum installation, steel cutting, texturing, ceramic installation, floor installation, MEP installation, and final finish areas of work. This will then interact with shipping and storage as part of the overall focus. These areas could change as we execute our work from week to week and project to project.   RESPONSIBILITIES:   - Construction Managers, plan, coordinate, and supervise the construction of commercial projects from start to finish - Monitor the construction process to ensure the project is completed to schedule - Assure supply needs are met at each delivery point on line - Assure off-line sequencing is handled in a timely and perfected manner - Work full-time but may need to work additional hours to respond to delays, emergencies, or suppliers - 95% of time is on the construction plant floor, monitoring team members, work flow, and quality and speed of construction - Organize team members to build and allocate responsibilities and tasks to them and other staff to ensure the project is completed efficiently - Prepare detailed reports for key stakeholders that outline the successes as well as any issues that arose throughout the development of the building - Review daily operating reports and report operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues and shift events to superiors to prevent operational delays - Troubleshoot operational and tooling problems to improve quality and efficiency - Build and maintain a positive team-oriented environment amongst production personnel - Identify areas of improvement in staff and provide corrective action to personnel in coordination with Plant Management and Human Resources - Obtain immediate medical treatment for all injuries while working with Health and Safety Manager - Notify appropriate management and enter required events (accidents, injuries, incidents) into EHS insight - Other duties as assigned   QUALIFICATIONS:   - Construction Degree, Associates Degree, Technical Diploma or equivalent experience in construction sites or construction plant required - Ability to demonstrate thorough understanding of manufacturing processes - Detailed knowledge of the relationship between work centers and how variables at each work center affect other areas - Basic proficiency in Microsoft office package including Outlook, Word, and Excel - Experience in Shop Floor interfaces such as D365 based platforms - Proven leadership skills - Strong written and oral communication skills - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical skills - Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and disciplines - Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy   PHYSICAL ABILITIES:   - Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.   Z-Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, is seeking a Fire Safety Inspector for our facility located in Killeen, TX. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this position work with Engineering to design fire suppression systems to make sure the buildings meet building codes set by the National Fire Protection Agency.   RESPONSIBILITES: - Analysis of fire hazards - Mitigation of fire damage by proper design, construction arrangement, and use of building materials, structures, industrial processes, and transportation systems - The design, installation, and maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems and communication systems - Know the science behind what causes fires. Then, apply this knowledge to the safe design and construction of private and public buildings. In addition to helping to design buildings for safety, aid in the maintenance or inspection of fire prevention systems. - Examining building design plans - Perform hydraulic analysis of sprinkler and other fire safety systems   QUALIFICATIONS: - NICET Level III required plus NICET Level IV. - Proficient in water-based fire protection systems layout, involving the complete layout of sprinkler and standpipe systems, including hydraulic calculations, for a variety of applications, and which include management of water-based system layout projects and/or code compliance. - Minimum of 10 years of full-time involvement with layout of water-based systems, which must include management of multiple layout projects involving multiple work teams, coordination with installers, and responsible interactions with clients, engineers - Previous experience with post-fire investigation and analysis - Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role - Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy PHYSICAL ABILITIES: - Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
