This position will be reporting directly to the Quality Manager, will primarily be responsible for overseeing the product quality for the designated shift including monitoring of ultrasonic testing, desposition of non-conforming material, and auditing inspection functions. The job may included additional duties as required by the Quality Manager or the Blytheville Management Team.   Inspection - Review and disposition suspect and nonconforming material. - Setup, operate and monitor CNC equipment. - Setup, operate and monitor NDT equipment when orders call for UT testing. - Interpret and communicate specification information to the mills. - Using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers for dimensional analysis - Perform daily audits of production lines to ensure processes are being followed. - Perform Tensile testing as required. - Perform Charpy impact testing as required. - Enter test data into SAP. - Ensure samples are cut for product certification. - Perform analysis of mill fluids utilizing appropriate lab equipment. - Provide relief for mill inspectors for breaks/ lunch. - Generate MTR data for customer shipments as required. Position Description:  Basic functions of tooling set-up and repair. Tooling attendants work independently or with production to performproper tooling, set-up, and scheduling. Work in conjunction with mill changeovers and assist production personnel whenneeded.
